BE PREPARED
Drain cleaning can be a messy job. Our team is equipped with basic cleaning supplies, tarps, booties, gloves, etc needed to ensure a clean service area before and after our work is complete.
To mitigate clean-up needs, and avoid tripping & safety hazards, customers should clear all pathways to and from the work area, as well as a 15-foot radius around the work area. This includes removing any personal items that may be of concern for getting damaged or dirty. JetSurge is not responsible to move or help a customer move any item(s), and is not responsible for any damage to property left within this area.
At times, we are dispatched to a property with a major backup with flooding and standing sewage. Though our professional service technicians are prepared for most situations, JetSurge reserves the right to refuse service in a work area that we deem unsafe for our service technicians either from a health or safety standpoint. In this instance, we will charge a trip charge for our time, which may be applied to future service once the area is safe working for our service technicians to work in.
