protect your BIGGEST investment…

main line sewer inspection STARTING AT $185

We’ve all heard horror stories of homeownership. You buy a great house, move in and find a host of issues that’ll cost you thousands of dollars to repair. If only you had taken a closer look!

Knowing the condition of a property’s sewer system ensures you’re making a sound investment and helps to avoid costly sewer replacements down the road.

Our highly-experienced televising technicians will complete a comprehensive video inspection of the main sewer line to confirm the material, condition, size and direction the line runs to the city sewer or septic system. You will receive a video file and complete Sewer Inspection Report with all the specifics for your records. Inspections typically take 1 hour and can be completed at the same time as your home inspection. It doesn’t get easier than that!

SEWER INSPECTION DISCLAIMER

The purpose of a sewer inspection is to determine the overall condition of the main sewer line that extends from the end of the structure's main line pipe and conveys its discharge to public sewer, private sewer, individual sewage disposal system or other point of disposal. Our sewer inspection is exclusive to the main sewer line and does not include any other part or pipes of the water supply system or waste line pipes. The findings of an inspection are based on the opinions and education of the inspector and reflect the conditions discovered at the time of the inspection only. Our sewer inspection is not intended as a code inspection, warranty or guarantee, nor is it intended to itemize every "flaw". Inspection videos are provided as a courtesy to the party present at the time of the inspection appointment. JetSurge is not responsible unclaimed or lost inspection videos.
