Hydro-Jetting – To completely clear the drain of any clogs that were obstructing the line.
Televising – A video inspection of your line to assess the condition of your pipes and confirm all obstructions have been removed. This video can be provided to customers on a flash drive upon request (free of charge - though we admit it may not be the most entertaining video you’ll ever see!)
Two-Year Limited Warranty - Our Full-Flow Restoration service includes a two-year limited warranty against tree roots exclusively. Should the line back up due to tree roots exclusively within 2 years (730 days) of the Full-Flow Restoration service being completed, we will come back ONE time and hydro-jet the line again, free of charge. Subsequent visits or lines plugged due to obstructions other than tree roots are subject to regular billing rates.
Our highly-trained service technicians use state-of-the-art, truck-mounted Hydro-Jetting Machines capable of running 4000psi to 6000psi and equipped with 500’ of high-pressure hose, a variety of specially designed nozzles This level of pressure gives us the power to clear main lines 3” to 20” diameter from Residential main line jobs to large Municipal & Agricultural settings.
The process of hydro-jetting does not cause any damage to good condition sewer pipes constructed of ABS, PVC, clay, or iron.
TREE ROOTS GOT YOU IN A BIND?
Roots, by nature, must find water to sustain life. Once a line has root intrusion, it becomes the property owner’s job to manage them with annual preventative maintenance cleanings, as the roots have already created their access points in the drain line.
When root intrusion is extensive and cannot be cleared with standard cabling methods, we recommend Hydro-Jetting services to cut roots from the line and push all the debris out to the city sewer or septic tank.
In the cases of extensive root growth, we recommend taking the extra step of booking a Full Flow Restoration to hydro-jet the line then televise after the service to confirm the condition of the pipe, the absence of roots, and prove visually that the line is flowing freely.
