JetSurge has provided all employees with sanitizing cleaner, hand sanitizer, gloves and masks to keep our team safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. We expect team members to wear a mask to every single job, without exception or incident, and that team members take all necessary precautions to clean and sanitize work areas before and after each job.

Team members have also been provided with personal digital thermometers to monitor their temperatures daily. Any team member who is not feeling well is asked to stay home, and any team member with confirmed COVID-19 exposure or displaying symptoms of COVID-19 infection is required to get tested and cleared before returning to work.

Callers may be asked to confirm that no one in the home or job site has been exposed to or tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 2 weeks. With that said, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for work that would require our team to enter a home or job site with confirmed exposure or COVID-19 positive persons.
