TRIP CHARGES

JetSurge never charges a diagnostic fee or mandatory trip charge. However, we reserve the right to collect a nominal trip charge for time spent in the event a service cannot be completed at the scheduled time or for appointment no-shows.

ADDITIONAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

In some cases, an additional service technician is required to complete a job safely. These often come up with roof vents, steep access, small spaces or other safety-specific reasons. We will notify a customer as soon as possible if an additional service technician is needed, and will add a $75.00 fee to the invoice.

PARTS

Parts, including stool bolts, wax rings, and other supplies needed to complete a service are billed as needed.

TAX

All products and services are billed applicable Sales Tax.
